We want shopping with us to feel easy and fair. This page sets out the terms that apply when you place an order, in plain language rather than legal jargon. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Placing your order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart. We confirm the order when we send you an order confirmation. At that point, a contract is formed between us on these terms.
Please review your order confirmation carefully. If anything looks wrong, such as an incorrect item, quantity, or shipping address, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page so we can correct it before the order ships.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in certain circumstances, such as if the item is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we will let you know and issue a refund for any amount you have paid.
Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in USD. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay, including shipping and any applicable duties and customs.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
From time to time we run promotions of up to 70% off. Promotional prices are available for the duration of the promotion and may change afterward. We do not use fake countdowns or inflated original prices.
If we discover a pricing error before your order ships, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the corrected price.
Shipping and delivery
Every order ships free worldwide, with no minimum spend and all duties and customs included. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery is estimated at 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us through the Contact Us page and we will help.
Returns and refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item arrives back with us.

Product information
We do our best to describe our products accurately, including colors, materials, and dimensions. Please note that colors can appear differently on different screens, and slight variation between the photo and the physical product is normal.
If a product arrives and does not match its description in a meaningful way, contact us through the Contact Us page and we will make it right.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a delay, or a refund. We are not able to guarantee that any particular item will remain in stock.
Your responsibilities
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, and payment details. You agree to use the store for lawful purposes and not to misuse it.
If an order is shipped to an address you provided incorrectly or incompletely, and the package is returned to us or lost as a result, we will work with you to resolve it, but we may not be able to offer a full refund in every case.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost time or lost opportunity, arising from a delay or an issue with an order.
